Promoting multi-cultural arts as a means to address socio-economic issues facing residents of East New York: that was the mission of Arts East New York when it began seven years ago.

This week, the group is anticipating their expansion to a bigger, better new space in a neighborhood that's become a hot spot for Mayor De Blasio's 10-year Sustainable Communities initiative for residential and commercial growth.

Guests include Catherine Green, Founder and Executive Director of Arts East New York, and visual artist Dexter Jones.
